The Truffle & Pearls Masterclass is a guided journey celebrating the encounter between the elegance of bubbles and the unmistakable character of the truffle, in collaboration with Manganoni Tartufi.
A dialogue between earth and perlage
Four truffle creations by Manganoni will be paired with four Freccianera Millesimati, selected to enhance contrasts and harmonies: freshness and structure, verticality and persistence, aromatic intensity and finesse.
Each pairing will be explained and explored in depth, guiding guests on a sensory journey that highlights raw materials, technique, and terroir.
