It is golden, with fine, persistent and numerous bubbles, a complex bouquet of exotic fruit, toasted bread, citrus and balsamic notes, while on the palate it is persistent, rich, elegant and sapid, fresh and fruity. It is made from the best clusters of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes from the historic vineyards in Borgonato, Franciacorta. The entire 96-month aging process on the yeasts is hand-crafted in the historic cellar. It has the personality to participate in any blind test of the top national and international high-end bubbles competitions.
