Last Saturday November 15, our winery was among the protagonists of an event that took place in Manhattan, thanks to the hospitality of the prestigious Columbia Business School, where the Italian Cultural Institute of New York is located.
The daytime conferences, with high-level panels discussing financial topics related to Italy’s economic development, were followed by an evening Gala Dinner, as a moment of encounter between the organizers, speakers, and families of university students.
Our Freccianera wines were thus included in the official Wine List of the event, thanks to the collaboration with NOVA agency, committed to promoting our country’s image abroad.
The evening took place at the historic Cipriani Wall Street in Manhattan. Guests were able to appreciate our Freccianera, a perfect symbol of Italian elegance and the mastery of our winemakers, unique in the world in Franciacorta production. A memorable evening that once again testifies how the Freccianera brand, and with it that of the Berlucchi family, is a bridge of closeness with the United States, where we have been present in many appreciated restaurants for years.

Freccianera is a high-end winery in Franciacorta, with a production capacity of about 500,000 bottles. After three generations, we continue the winemaking tradition started by my grandfather, Antonio Berlucchi, in 1927.
Franciacorta is finally receiving the qualitative recognition it deserves, competing with the best producers in the world. It’s worth remembering the recent World Champagne and Sparkling Championship 2025 by Tom Stevenson, which saw, probably for the first time, three Italian wines among the best in the world, and which crowned our Freccianera Brut Millesimato Riserva as the best Italian sparkling wine of 2025.
This demonstrates that our centuries-old tradition of working the land and our love and passion for the pursuit of quality have finally found the right recognition.”
Needless to say, Freccianera literally made a breakthrough in the hearts of the guests, who, along with its sublime flavor, appreciated its message: of taste, refinement, uniqueness, and value.
